A former industrial complex is on the brink of conversion into a technology park. Meanwhile, the remaining workers still strive inside the old plant. Destiny of a Factory observes a post-industrial realm while portraying the daily life working class. It's a tableau depicting memoirs, filmic archives, and visions of the future in virtual 3D. Here, the next generation is shaped with optimism and the fate of the last workers is yet unknown.

Il destino di una Fabbrica osserva il paesaggio post-industriale attraverso la vita quotidiana degli operai. Un quadro composto da memorie personali, materiale d'archivio, modelli futuristici. Mentre i promotori del progetto del nuovo Polo guardano con ottimismo al futuro delle giovani generazioni, il destino degli ultimi operai è tuttora incerto.
